Our Story
K.B. Land Surveys is a family owned and operated small business.
It was founded in 2013 by Kyle and Joanne Bracher.
With over 25 years of experience in Land Surveying, Kyle brings a unique level of expertise and dedication to every project.
Kyle Bracher is a Licensed Surveyor who does both the site fieldwork
and the office plan preparation.
Joanne helps with the office administration, quoting and accounting.
Our Services
Based in Ringwood and servicing the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, we specialise in Title Re-establishment Surveys of properties to support building projects (design and construction), fence disputes and land identification.
